Position/Title: Business Development Representative

Reports To: Sales Manager

Position Overview: Lucia Landscaping is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for finding and qualifying new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, and booking meetings for our sales representatives.

Objectives:

1. Reach goals: annually and monthly

2. Weekly Discussion with Sales Manager

  • Pipeline
  • In progress
  • Results - sales (compare vs budget and vs. last year)
  • Production - revenue & hours, feed enough work to productions so they have enough work. Good backlog

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and partners in various industries
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Present our company and products to potential clients and highlight the benefits and value proposition
  • Identify client needs and challenges and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results using CRM software
  • Follow up with potential clients and provide feedback to sales representatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals and optimize campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
